At Nomadic Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unworn condition. If your watch doesn't fit your journey, we provide a seamless process for returns or exchanges to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original packaging, including all protective films, tags, and warranty cards, to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
